| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 化學工程與材料工程系 === 97 === Gastrodia elata blume (GE) is one of the traditional Chinese medicines; it is used for the treatment of sedative, analgesic and anti-epileptic. Parishin, compound in Gastrodia, could be able to identify Gastrodia and gradually be taken seriously. This study using water to extract the compound from dry Gastrodia powder, and the extracts are passed through an HP-2MG column for adsorption. Then use four different concentrations of methanol solutions to desorption, collected this fluids. We use HPLC、FT-IR、UV-Vis and NMR to examination 60% methanol desorption solution, the results show that compound in this product is parishin and the yield is 0.61％.
