Spray and clad cover the carbon cloth with 50 μm film thickness. Apply Magnetron Sputter deposition media clad on carbon cloth shell. We also proceed other progress: emersion period as a operation parameter clad different mass quantity (0.072 mg/cm2, 0.144 mg/cm2, 0.216mg/cm2) Pt media to a electric chemical analysis, we can find by increasing media mass content can't strength the adsorption the carbon monoxide stripping on electrode surface. We also made (Pt50Ni50/C, Pt60Ni40/C, Pt70Ni30/C) Pt-Ni twin element electrode media to compare with mono element electrode media. Besides that, by using FE-SEM observe media porosity structure, EDS observe media element and its mapping spectrum.
