The stress they suffered is getting worse. In particular, those medical instructions are attacked and challenged to their management because of the rapid changing in biotechnology surroundings. When the stress of the staffs in a hospital, good or bad quality at their life style and the job satisfaction are negative, they can damage physical and mental health and the appearance in the unit. For example, some nursing may have sleep difficulty after taking care of the patients. Others may have constant tiring and have accidents reputation. Those problems will affect the quality they offer. This study focus on a group of specific staffs in medical industry in the Northern Taiwan. Through the survey, the stress from their work can figure out the condition among different practical department/environment they are in, healthy life style and the satisfaction at work. Besides, applying the SPSS for Windows 14.0 to analyze the data; therefore, the proof can tell under the elements of the pressure and satisfaction of work. Also, how the two elements influence/related to the quality of life. The conclusion is including: Firstly, the stress of facing different working environment has definite gap. Secondly, the pressure of working, self-satisfied at work and the influence of good living quality are positive. This study offers to the management in a hospital and the authority’s reference. Hopefully, the information would be sharing and testified with them.
