| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立勤益科技大學 === 研發科技與資訊管理研究所 === 97 === Taiwan’s electronic industry is confronting the crucial challenges from shorter product lifetimes, technology complications, emulation of global competitors, and intensive supply chains. It becomes more essential for a sustainable enterprise to enhance its competition by promoting the R&D capability. Due to the larger uncertainty of R&D, developing a comprehensive review on R&D performance has been one of the major management topics in electronic industry.
This study was managed to establish a reliable reference for R&D management performance review. It was deployed by means of interviewing the staff of managing, sales, and R&D by adopting Delphi Method and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) questionnaires. The survey focused on four prospects: finance, customer, business management-innovation, and learning progress. There are 16 review criteria contrived in this research. The weighting ratio of each criterion was secured by applying AHP statistics analytical tool” Expert Choice 2000”in data analysis. With the approach of survey and analysis from financial viewpoint, it is expected to render concrete propositions for enterprises to define R&D performance review strategy.
