Summary:碩士 === 國立嘉義大學 === 家庭教育與諮商研究所 === 97 === This study aimed at discussing the gender role attitude, marriage attitude and cognition of marital violence of social workers. Gender Role Attitude Scale, Marriage Attitude Scale as well as Marital Violence Scale were adopted as research tools and 306 samples were gathered from. Middle Part and Southern areas. The collected data were analyzed and interpreted by means of descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s Product-moment correlation. The results were showed as follows: 1.Among our samples, those who are female, below 30 and over 41, 7 to 10 serve the age, women and children protect the field and unmarried got higher scores on Gender Role Attitude Scale. 2.Among our samples, those who are male, below 30 and over 41, over 10 serve the age, the child and youth the service field, married got higher scores on Marriage Attitude Scale. 3.Among our samples, those who are male, over 41, over 10 serve the age, the child and youth the service field, married got higher scores on Cognition of Marital Violence Scale. 4.Among those variables such as gender and serve the age background, social workers were significantly diverse on their gender role attitude. 5.Among those variables such as serve the age and service field background, social workers were significantly diverse on their marriage attitude. 6.Among those variables such as gender, age, service field and marriage state background, social workers were significantly diverse on their cognition of marital violence. 7.The better gender identity, the more emphasis on marriage attitude. 8.The better gender identity, the more clarified the cognition of marital violence is, suggesting fewer myths of marital violence. 9.The more emphasis on marriage attitude, the more unclarified the cognition of marital violence is, suggesting higher myths of marital violence. According to the analysis and conclusion of the research, we can bring some relative suggestion for the social workers, the organization of social work, for future directions of researchs.
