know the theory about knowledge management. In the hypothesis of knowledge is resource, do the
people who possess more resources have more advantages? Does the background of a teacher, such as
his teaching seniority, how long has he stayed in the present school and school’s organization and
system etc, affect his attainment of knowledge management? This study is analyzed based on an
elementary’s ‘advantages, difficulties, functions and goals’, which is in accordance with Qing-Shan, Wu
and Xu-Jun,Huang’ research (2003). Literature review, questionnaire and comparison research are
mainly employed in this research. In addition, the software SPSS/12.0 is used to analyze quantity data.
The subjects are the teachers in Hsin-Long elementary schools in the south region of Tayuan. This study
found six conclusions:
1. the elementary school teachers have superior cognition.
2. teachers attach most importance to advantages of the unity in educational environment, attach
less importance to the goals of self school and the educational unity.
3. teachers thinks the manifestation in self school can’t touch the educational unity.
4.The age of 41~50teachers have more cognitions.
5.The teachers has more academic background have better manifestation.
6. The teachers has more teaching age have better manifestation.
