Summary: | 碩士 === 國立新竹教育大學 === 教育學系碩士班 === 97 === This study aims to establish a set of “ professional competency indicators of the Community University administrative personnel in Taiwan”. The main purpose of this study is on the basis of the relevant literature review and the understanding of the current development of Community University in Taiwan, to analyze the professional competency of the Community University administrative personnel in Taiwan, and to construct the professional competency indicators of the Community University administrative personnel in Taiwan.
To achieve the research goal as aforementioned, this study adopts Document Analysis and Delphi Technique as the main research methods to proceed with the establishment of the indicators. The researcher invites eleven practical experts to compose the Delphi Technique group, and conducted three times of Delphi questionnaire survey, the researcher has finally gained consensus from the experts to establish the “professional competency indicators of the Community University administrative personnel in Taiwan”.
The result of this research shows that the professional competency indicators of the community university administrative personnel in Taiwan can be classified into four professional competency main dimensions: professional knowledge, professional skill, professional attitude, professional growth. Under these four dimensions, there are thirteen professional competency sub-dimensions: the community university background knowledge, the community education background knowledge, the needs assessment and scenarios Analysis competency, the program planning and the activity designing competency, the market analysis and marketing competency, the community organizations and resources management competency, the administrative management and execution competency, the communication-coordination competency, the research and development competency, the professional cognition, the professional emotion, the self-growth competency, the self -reflection competency, and they are further broken down into fifty-eight professional competency items.
Finally, based on the research result, the researcher proposed the professional competency indicators of the Community University administrative personnel in Taiwan, and provides self-evaluation for the Community University administrative personnel, and presents the recommendations to Community Universities, education administration authorities, adult educator training and education institutions, and further studies.
