To conduct the study, the questionnaire of "The view of current evaluation system professional commitment" edited by myself is utilized. The parent population is teachers from 59 public elementary schools in Pingtung County, Taiwan in 2008 and the method of Stratified Random Sampling is adopted. A total of 579 questionnaires are given and 422 returned; the return rate is 72.9%. Through coding and eliminating the unusable questionnaires, there are 393 usable questionnaires left and the usable percentage is 67.9%. The collected data in usable questionnaires is calculated and analyzed by the statistical analysis tools - SPSS Windows 12.0 version; the analysis methods include Descriptive Statistics, t-test, One Way Analysis of Variance (one-way ANOVA). Based on the result of data analyzed, this study can be concluded as below: 1. The results showed that school teachers were positive about all issues of school evaluation evaluation in Pingtung County. 2. School teachers disapprove these sample interviews which are inquired by administrators、 teachers 、students and parents, would be able to represent most people''s view and perception. 3. School teachers consider the distribution of school allowance bunds shouldn’t be determined by the evaluation result. 4. The results also showed that teachers with different personal variables had varying perceptions of school evaluation practiced in Pingtung County. Based on the conclusion, the study can be suggested as follows: 1. Suggestions to government administratives: (A)Guide school affairs evaluation’s main idea in order to reduce the misunderstanding between each other. (B) Be well prepared before arriving to school, and try to make a good communication with the evaluation committee members. (C) Make good use of each interview chance and put hard work on it, and increase the interviewing time and weight the grade. (D) Providing supports and assistances according to the shortcomings acquired from the evaluation of school administrative affairs, and to check and trace the efficiency of administrative affairs. 2. Suggestions to school administratives: (A) To face the school’s evaluation positively, and to assure the value of the school’s evaluation certainly. (B) To put the school’s administrative affairs into effect, not to evaluate itself. (C) Being used to putting all information in order, so as to enhance the file’s management. (D) To arrange all programs effectively, in order to make the best use of time. (E) To establish the cooperative team work, for the sake of encouraging mutually for one another.
