Because the customer demand is different, so liquid-crystal display's size is also different. By the Scribe & Break process , the glass size will be cutting to customer size. The glass Scribe& Break process is necessary in the liquid-crystal display` manufactory process. The process is important influence in liquid-crystal display`s quality. Besides the size, also affects the glass intensity is very big. The good Scribe& Break parameter can enhance glass intensity, and improve quality too. The study is analyzed Scribe& Break process to improve glass intensity by response surface method of design of experiment. The best parameter should be that scribe size 0.0715mm, scribe pressure 0.0745Mpa, scribe rate 261.0534 mm/sec, break pressure 0.4187Mpa.The glass intensity is 15.05109kg.
