Therefore, in the supply chain system, members cooperate with each other to prevent bullwhip effect and increase the competition advantage that reveal the same goal for all members. In this research, we use common replenishment cycle time and reconsider the related cost to set up cost model in vender inventory strategy. The goal of this research is to obtain the optimum total cost. The study of effects on supplier by the changing demands produced from a multiple-site factory under VMI mode. And the sensitivity analysis is used to discuss whether VMI can reduce the bullwhip effect with the demand changes or not. The result of study is that, after using the VMI strategy, the supplier and the multiple-site factory of total cost can be effectively reduced. Secondly, the VMI can reduce the cost and bullwhip effect while the demand changed.
