Summary:碩士 === 國立臺中教育大學 === 諮商與應用心理學系碩士班 === 97 === The purpose of this study were to explore whether students’career decision can be predicted by attachment and career self-efficacy. This study also explored the differences of attachment, career self-efficacy and career decision between college students of different gender and grade. The sample consisted of 934 college students from the firsr to fourth grade in north Taiwan. Instruments used in this study included the Attachment Scale, the Career Self-Efficacy Scale, and the Career Decision Scale. Data obtained in this study were analysised by descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way MANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment correlation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The main findings of the research are as follows: (1)College students were rated more decided on their career decision status. (2)The highest performance of attachment of college students was secure attachment. (3)College students were rated above middle on their career self-efficacy. (4)There were significant difference in rating the career decision, attachment, and career self-efficacy among different gender and grade. (5)There was correlation between the attachment, career self-efficacy and career decision in college students. (6)The career self-efficacy mediated the relationship between attachment of preoccupied, fearful-avoidant and dismissing-avoidant and career decision.
