Summary:碩士 === 國立臺南大學 === 教育學系課程與教學澎湖碩士班 === 97 === The purpose of this research investigated the cognition and practice of flute teaching for music teachers of the elementary school on Ponghu (Pescadores) area. The interactive relational situations between the cognition and practice of flute teaching were also investigated. This research adopted the questionnaire and used door-to-door survey to carry out this investigation, and the music teachers on the domain of art and humanism were chosen as the objects of study. The investigative questionnaire of the interactive relational situations between the cognition and practice of flute teaching of the elementary school on Ponghu area was adopted as a tool of research. This object of study is the music teachers on the domain of art and humanities in 41 elementary schools on Ponghu area. The investigative time is from May to June, 2008. The conclusions of this research: 1. Music teachers of the elementary school on Ponghu area had deep understanding for the cognition of flute teaching. 2. Music teachers of the elementary school on Ponghu area had middle degree of teaching practice of flute teaching. 3. The music teachers, graduated form the music department, of the elementary school on Ponghu area had positive cognition on the teaching method of the cognition of flute teaching. 4. The music teachers, graduated form the music department, of the elementary school on Ponghu area were qualified to teach flute according to the degrees of teaching practice on the whole, teaching method, and extracurricular activities. But, the degrees of teaching practice on the whole and extracurricular activities were showed variations by the seniority and teaching hours of music teachers. 5. Music teachers of the elementary school on Ponghu area had middle positive relations of the cognition and practice on the whole, teaching contents, teaching method, and extracurricular activities. But, on the value capability displayed lower positive relation. 6. The problems and difficulties about the practice of flute teaching for music teachers of the elementary school on Ponghu area lacked of teaching time, specialized teacher, teaching materials, and no uniform of student degree. The suggestions of this research: 1. The suggestions for educational administrative organizations (1) Through the public selection of music teachers or government-expense students to train up the specialized music teachers of Ponghu. (2) Because Ponghu area located remote districts, teachers lacked of teaching study and inspections. Inviting the specialized music teachers to process the teaching study and inspections were used to promote the ability of music teachers. (3) Music course and teaching hours were drawn up through the discussion and modification of music course outline. (4) The sounds blown by English fingering were standard. The educational administrative organizations need to set up an unite fingering system as English fingering. 2. The suggestions for schools include three terms which are focused on (1) Using the teaching inspections, flute teaching research, and educational books to increase ability and promote the professional knowledge, (2) Encouraging teachers to study continuously and promote the professional knowledge, (3) Driving the evaluation of teaching professional development and passing down the experiences of senior-teacher. 3. The suggestions for teachers include three terms as follows (1) Attending the in-service program and lifelong learning to promote professional knowledge, (2) Writing the teaching materials of basic, advanced and ensemble, etc. to work up the ability of writing music materials, (3) Using the multi-evaluation methods of self-evaluation and coworker-evaluation to selfhood compare and selfhood upgrade.
