Recently, our society evolves different faces ,The gender problems are happening more and more ,thus we tends to put more attention on it.
This research uses drama as a learning media, in order to make progresses in solving questions of gender issue. Through the drama activity teaching , I hope students in junior high school understand the meanings and correct attitude of gender identity , gender ideals, Communication and sexual safety.
The main goals of the research are:
1. To build a set of intensive teaching curriculums, focusing on the gender issues.
2. To find out the influences of implanting drama activities teaching.
3. To provide the suggestions.
The conclusions of this research are listed as below:
1. The drama activity teaching raised the students’ perspective of the gender issues.
2. After the drama activity teaching, student were getting improvement in the attitude of the gender issues.
3. The students made progresses in curriculum problems, latent learning and
performing skills.
Forthermore,this research provides a further understanding into the application of drama strategies and also helps the researcher to advance professionally.
From the above, suggestions are provided for teachers who interest in the gender issues, schools and researches for further uses of drama in the future.
