There were many related researches of Internet banking done by scholars before、but the research analysis usually focused on individual customers、seldom on the clients of small and medium-sized enterprises. For the reason、the application of Internet banking for small and medium-sized enterprises will be treated further in the study. The frameworks in the study consist of the three factors、environment、small and medium-sized enterprises、and Internet services. Environment contains upstream and downstream situation、competitors、and coordination level with banks、and so forth. Small and medium-sized enterprises contain innovation acceptance、cost reduction and enterprise scales、and so forth. Internet services contains abundance、convenience、technology、and confidentiality、and so forth. The influencing factors for the Internet banking application of small and medium-sized enterprises are analyzed and verified by the factors mentioned above. The study adopted interviews and questionnaire surveys. In this study、a questionnaire survey was conducted on the basis of executives in the small and medium-sized enterprises in Taiwan. 200 pieces of questionnaire were issued、and 145 pieces were valid. The findings of the research result are as below: upstream and downstream situation、competitors enterprise scales are the main factors、which affect the small and medium-sized enterprises to adopt the internet banking application.
