The input variables are the number of population and the government investment. The output variances are the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and the amount of Fossil-Fuel CO2 emissions during the period 2001 to 2005. The undesirable output is Fossil-Fuel CO2 emissions. The result has shown the productivity efficiency ranking in 2001 to 2005 which have a big different from BCC model’s efficiency ranking. According to the average of the undesirable mode efficiency, compare to the BCC model with CO2 variables, the countries ranking down which are above the average around 7.7%-28.6%, and the countries’ ranking up around 28.6%-39.3%, the countries’ ranking down bellow the average around 85.7%-100%. On the other hand, the average of the undesirable mode efficiency, compare to the BCC model without CO2 variables, the countries ranking down which are above the average around 11.5%-25%, and the countries’ ranking up around 30%-46.4%, the countries’ ranking down bellow the average around 71.4%-100%. In BCC model, the higher ranking countries become lower ranking and the lower ranking countries in BCC model become higher ranking in undesirable model, therefore, BCC model cannot exact evaluate the undesirable factor, and undesirable output affects the productivity efficiency ranking result. 邱永和 翁望回 學位論文 ; thesis 115 en_US |
