Summary:碩士 === 世新大學 === 資訊管理學研究所(含碩專班) === 97 === Knowledge is the most important factors for productivity in enterprise (Drucker, 1993), creating and sharing knowledge are the key component to keep enterprise with strength of competence. However, many researchers in the past point out that knowledge sharing is the great barrier to knowledge management, especially for the professionals who holds the key knowledge in the fields. Therefore, much important knowledge cannot be transferred to or be spread out in the company, nor can it get the best configuration and use. In the past, many research on Knowledge sharing particular focus on the members of the R&D department. The knowledge of IT professionals who are in charge of managing and maintaining information system and instruments are usually being ignored by the company. In fact, IT professionals do need knowledge sharing to enhance their high tech information and their management skill. The study focuses on the IT professionals of each enterprise and developed an internet questionnaire to collect sample data. The purpose of this research is to explore the factors based on organization culture, personal attribute (including personality character and job character) and knowledge attribute which might affect the willingness of knowledge sharing of IT professionals, thorough discussion the source of knowledge share obstruction factor and the will influence of knowledge share of the IT professional, it refer to the study from Ying-chih Tsai(2003). The result reveals: the innovation and the support type of organization culture, leader's support and the information technology environment's construction of knowledge share mechanism is helpful to the willingness of knowledge sharing of IT professionals.
