碩士 === 臺北市立教育大學 === 社會科教育學系碩士班 === 97 === The main purpose of this study is to investigate elementary school teachers’leisure activity,job satisfaction and life quality in Taipei city,and also analyze the diversity of different population statistics’ variable on participating in leisure activity,job satisfaction and life quality,and investigate the relationship between the three.With using research tools of elementary school teachers’leisure activity scale,job satisfaction scale and quality life scale to realize nowadays situation.The subjects were selected from the current elementary school teachers sampled from those in Taipei city,adopting the way of distributive random variable samples.The collected data were analyzed with respects to descriptive statistics, T-test,one-way ANOVA,and Scheffe comparative method,Pearson’s product.moment.correlation,and progressive multiple regression analysis for analyzed.Research results are concluded as follows: 1.The participation frequency in leisure activities for elementary school teachers in Taipei city is not in good.The participation in recreational activity is the highest and the participation in habitual activity is the lowest.Such factors as gerder,age,the highest education,marital status,years of serivice,working position would have maojor influences on leisure activity. 2.The job satisfaction of elementary school teachers is in good as a whole.The most satisfaction is “human relationship”,and the least satisfaction is “work reward”.Such factors as gender,age,marital status,years of service,working position would have major influences on job satisfaction. 3. The most satisfaction of life quality is “ physical domain”,and the least satisfaction is “psychological domain”.Such factors as age,the highest education,marital status,years of service would have major influences on life quality . 4. There are some relationship exist between teacher’s leisure activity and job satisfaction.The frequency of leisure activity as learning leisure,recreational leisure,and social leisure showed a significant positive correlation with job satisfaction.Those elementary school teachers who have higher frequency of learning leisure,recreational leisure,and social leisure are apt to have higher job satisfaction. 5. There are some relationship exist between teacher’s leisure activity and life quality.The all perspectives on leisure activity for elementary school teachers are all significant related with life quality.Those elementary school teachers who have higher frequency of leisure activity are apt to have higher life quality. 6.The results show that elementary school teacher’s leisure activity and job satisfaction have 37.2% explanation on life quality.
