Description
Summary:碩士 === 吳鳳技術學院 === 光機電暨材料研究所 === 97 === Each year IC industries produces thousand tons of scrap IC lead frame, which contains Sn, Fe, Ni metals. In this study Sn, Fe, NiO were obtained from the scrap IC lead frame by hydro- metallurgy method, then Fe gable Ni-Zn ferrite were used to produce high-frequency core. Sn was first removed from the scrap surface by alkali method, then Sn was obtained by electrolyzing the Na2SnO3 solution. The remained scrap was dissolved in a sulfuric acid/nitric acid mixed solution. The pH of the solution was adjusted by alkali, then the solution was oxidized by H2O2 to precipitate iron ion as FeOOH. Na2CO3 was added to the remained solution to precipitate Ni ion as NiCO3. Finally the NiCO3 was heated at 300oC to obtain NiO, which has a purity of 99.80%. Use when except iron will produce the sideline product goethite nature of the heat of Alkalinity liquid, In High potency sodium hydroxide, temperature 85℃ above, current density is 5A/dm2, Voltage 5V, makes the electrolysis. Electrolysis separation acicular particle size approximately 0.5μm~5μm powdered iron. Using this electrolysis powdered iron, joins under the room temperature the powdered iron includes in the ferric chloride, the nickelous chloride, the zinc chloride solution to adjust pH to 9. After superficial modification powder, By 0.5wt% zinc stearate, when Run melts the medicinal preparation compression formation, by XRD, SEM, LCR measures its nature.
