Description
Summary:碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 紡織工程所 === 98 === Recently, the conscious of environmental protection was paid more and more attention. Hence, recycling and reuse was the imperative thing in this generation. In this study, PET insole was recycling by recycle machine then it was manufactured into PET nonwoven thermal resistance material. And in the manufacturing process, the contents of PET low melting fiber(10, 30, 50%), the contents of 3D PET fiber(25, 35, 45, 50, 70, 90%), heat treatment time of nonwoven(1, 3, 5, 7, 9min)and thickness of nonwoven(4, 6, 8mm)were be changed in order to obtain the optimal conditions. Afterward, the thermal compression ratio, air permeability, water vapors permeability, water vapors coefficient, conductivity, and thermal resistance (CLO value) of PET nonwoven thermal resistance material were evaluated. The result indicated that when the weight was 400 g/m2, heat treatment time was 5 min and the nonwoven thickness was 8 mm, the thermal resistance (CLO value) could reach 1.4. The PET nonwoven thermal resistance material process can obviously decrease the textile industry wastes and furthermore develop another added value.
