In the preparation of ceramic powders. We used zeta potention and laser particle analyzer measure the adding different dispersing and amounts, In the used of different pressure, sintering temperature and holding temperature time condition to the density compared of ceramic. With SME, XRD and impedance analyer of ceramic materials charaterzation and ceramic electricity. Adding 3wt% of PMAA Mw: 9500 dispersing, disperse the best and the size of about 335nm, ceramic powder pressure in spindles of machine available to the 50 kg/cm2 relative density about 60.1%, holding temperature of 1150℃ sintering 6 hours and relative density about 93.53%. With pressure, sintering temperature, holding temperature time increased, relative density increased of ceramics. Sintered at different temperatures ceramics by the analysis of electrical impedance analysis ,when the sintering temperature is 1150℃, 1MHz measure the capacitance value under 34.1188 × 10-12F, the dielectric constant up to 274.8196, its value is the best.
