Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立中興大學 === 環境工程學系所 === 98 === Use of physic-chemical or bioremediation is the main model to treatment chlorinated organic solvents in groundwater of Taiwan. Bioremediation is a low cost and clean method to treatment pollution. Using microbacteria to degradation pollution in engineering often add microbacteria, nutrition, e- donor or e- acceptor into groundwater, by one or more addition to help microbacteria have high degradation ability. Soluble substrate or slow release substrate common can be used as e- donor, and using slow release substrate be as remediation agents can reduce treatment cost. However, in currently used in the environment of slow release substrate, such as EOS®, HRC®, etc., domestic must rely on foreign countries for use of imported, thus increasing the cost of remediation. The purpose of this study was use food-grade material, using of phase inversion temperature and HLB method for emulsified soybean oil of mean droplet size less than 100 nanometer as a slow release substrate. And make an emulsion transport of one-dimensional porous media column, by changing different clay content, understanding of the situation emulsion transportation. By results, prepared out of two different formulations and preparation methods of nanoemulsion of soybean oil, respectively, for the formula CH702A and CH702B, the preparation of the material are food-grade materials, average droplet size of emulsion are 60 and 23 nanometer respectively. To CH702B emulsion formula for one-dimensional porous media column transportation experiment. The results show that, CH702B emulsion transport in there different column, transportation of all good. From the experimental results show that’s CH702 emulsion, its transit is much better than the EOS® products commercially available.
