Description
Summary:碩士 === 國防大學管理學院 === 財務管理學系 === 98 === The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of armed forces and medical institutes' business efficiency after organizing and simplifying . In this study, we employed Two-stage Data Envelopment Analysis to assess the cost-efficiency and production-efficiency of the military healthcare organizations. The external environmental factors are explored the impact on efficiency. As regards efficiency analysis, the result of study is found:(1) The average medical cost efficiency of the whole is 92.98%, 58 sample hospitals have cost efficiency;(2) The average medical efficient efficiency of the whole is 81.96%, 17 sample hospitals have efficient efficiency; (3) Only 5 sample hospitals both have cost efficiency and efficient efficiency. For influence analysis of efficiency on the external environment condition ,the result of study is found:ownership and geographical location are dominant differences to medical cost efficiency and medical efficient efficiency . Accreditation has dominant difference to medical cost efficiency, but it has no significant difference to medical efficient efficiency .
