Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東教育大學 === 教育行政研究所 === 98 === The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of yoga teaching intervention on physical characteristics, emotional state and stress hormones in postpartum women, and the relevance of each variable preparturition and post parturition.The convenience samples of twenty women came form Pingtung two local obstetric hospital in southern Taiwan.Several healthy postnatal women (a week after childbirth) were randomly assigned to two groups. Ten subjects were in the effective experimental group (n=10). Ten subjects were in the control group (n=10). This study analyzed the differences of physical and psychological indicators between the Descriptive statistics, paired-t test, ANCOVA, Pearson product-moment. The results of the study were shown as follows: 1.In physical indexes,there were significant diprovement in cortisol and Thyroxin(T4). Cortisol the classical stree hormone,can reflect the chaning of mental under normal arousal. 2.In psychological indexes, ,the experimental group and control group were no significant diprovement differences in postpartum sleep quality. 3.The emotional situation-depression had significant differences with intervention. 4.Physical characteristics of the experimental group subjects such as weight, BMI and flexibility had significant differences. The control group had some changes, not as significant as the experimental one. 5.Subjects in the stress hormones, sleep quality, emotional state, physical characteristics and other indicators with Pearson product-moment correlation analysis, in addition to triglycerides and thyroid stimulating hormone were significant, the rest of the indicators were not significant.
