Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東教育大學 === 教育行政研究所 === 98 === The research focused on elementary school education administration personnel’s environmental knowledge, attitude and behavior in Pingtung County and the relationship of these three items above. The research is based on the questionnaires which were targeted on elementary school education administration personnel. 716 subjects were recruited by stratified sampling. And there are 542 valid questionnaires. The data from the valid questionnaires are calculated and analyzed by the statistical analysis tools- SPSS Windows 17.0 version, and the methods include descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation analysis. According to the results from the analysis, the following conclusions are listed below. 1. The results show that school education administration personnel in Pingtung County have a fair score on the environmental knowledge and they have positive environmental attitude and behavior. 2. It is found that school education administration personnel in Pingtung County have statistically obvious differences on the factors upon age, degree, school size, whether studied programs about environmental and attended committees related on environmental issues. On the other side, there are no statistically obvious differences on the factors upon sex, teaching years, school locations, administration jobs, administration years, whether they are members of environmental club and times of attending workshops. 3. It is found that school education administration personnel in Pingtung County have no statistically obvious differences on the sub-factors upon environmental attitude and background. 4. It is found that school education administration personnel in Pingtung County have statistically obvious differences on the factors upon age, degree, school size, whether studied programs about environment and attended committees related on environmental issues. 5. It is found that the environmental knowledge and attitude of school education administration personnel in Pingtung County have a significant relationship. 6. It is found that the environmental knowledge and behavior of school education administration personnel in Pingtung County have no significant relationship. 7. It is found that the environmental attitude and behavior of school education administration personnel in Pingtung County have a significant relationship. Based on the conclusions above, it is suggested that education administrations, schools and teachers can have further research on this issue.
