Summary:碩士 === 國立臺南大學 === 行政管理學系行政管理組碩士班 === 98 === A procedure is to research on learning adaptation of foreign spouses’ children in the elementary schools in Tainan city. The independent variables of student and family factor, father factor, mother factor are considered to find the relationship with the dependent variable of learning achievements at school. Literature analysis and the questionnaire survey were the main tools used in this research. With the effective questionnaire of 1044, the descriptive statistics, regression and correlation study, and the analysis of variance were performed and the results obtained as follows: 1. The learning adaptation has significant difference between foreign spouses’ children and the native spouses'' children. 2. The leaning condition of the foreign spouses'' children was significantly affected by father’s education level, mother’s nationality, the language which mother most often uses in the home, and main instruction schoolwork person. 3. The interpersonal interaction of the foreign spouses'' children was significantly affected by father’s education level, whether the father is the body and mind barrier, age of mother, mother’s nationality, gender of the student and the years of preschool education. 4. The association adaptation of the foreign spouses'' children was significantly affected by age of mother, and whether there’s other mother’s relatives in Taiwan. 5. The mother’s nationality, the years of preschool education, and the way father teaches effectively predicted the leaning condition of the foreign spouses'' children. 6. The gender of the student, whether the father is the body and mind barrier, the way father teaches, and the way teacher teaches effectively predicted the interpersonal interaction of the foreign spouses'' children. 7. The way mother teaches, whether the father is the body and mind barrier, and the way teacher teaches effectively predicted the association adaptation of the foreign spouses'' children. 8. The proportion of lives together in parents of foreign spouses’ children is low. With the above findings, we then provide suggestions on the learning adaptation of the children of brides with foreign nationality to school, teachers and researches for the future study.
