Therefore the researcher quotes the concept“ service leadership”, to establish curriculum, and hope that can affect the student behavior on promotion of moral cognition. In this study, 32 fifth-grade students were called the happy class of this study, the control is also a fifth grade class of 32 students; through questionnaires and interviews with service leadership in curriculum implementation and effect of the students were as follows: First, students experienced service leadership course, happy students in the class have significant changes in deviant behavior. Behavior such as lying or cheating others, talk back with the teacher behavior, do not listen to the teacher directed behavior, physically attacking other students to act, intentionally take things hit people act the way drag racing have a significant effect on behavior. So we can say that the leadership of this research service programs to improve student's deviant behavior has a significant effect. Second, happiness classes deviant behavior results in qualitative terms has also been significant changes. So we can say that the service leadership programs to improve students have significant effects deviant behavior. Third, students of happy class experienced service leadership course had some minor changes in moral cognition in the qualitative analysis. Finally, based on the findings of this study, making recommendations for the education and academic research respectively with service leading courses and follow-up studies.
