The social capital deals with the problems through the transaction of relationships and the combination of social networks. Moreover, the subject of social community is embraced to the concept of social capital at a number of studies, that focuse on its functions, the comparisons, and the contrasts between urban and rural. Furthermore, the impacts of “health” factor on social capital are also emerged with the growth of economy and aging society. The aim of this study is through the selected community- the micro social capital society to approach the universal community organization. This study employs a strategy of quantitative methods. 400 self-complete questionnaires are designed for the local residents in the selected community and 381 completed forms are collected. In order to gain access to the aspect of the relationships among the social capital, mental pressure, leisure participation, and physical/mental health. This study utilizes the system of SPSS to analyze and illustrate the result. The following subjects are investigated: 1. the impacts of the selected residents' social capital on their physical/mental health; 2. the effects of the selected residents' social capital on their mental pressure; 3. the impacts of mental pressure on physical/mental of the selected residents; 4. the moderating effects of mental pressure between social capital and physical/mental health of the selected residents; 5. the mediating effects of leisure participation between mental pressure and physical/mental health of the selected residents. The findings present the mental pressure has significantly positive influence on physical/mental health of the selected residents. Meanwhile, the residents' social capital has revealed positive influence both on mental pressure and physical/mental health. Moreover, mental pressure has shown a positive moderating effect and leisure participation has presented a positive mediating effect on physical/mental health of the selected residents respectively.
