Summary:碩士 === 臺北巿立體育學院 === 運動技術研究所 === 98 === Purpose: The purposes of the study were to understand the circumstance of perceived leadership behaviors of high-school badminton coaches and training satisfaction of players in seven counties/cities in Southern Taiwan, to realize the differences in perceived leadership behaviors of high-school badminton coaches and training satisfaction of players with different backgrounds, and to explore the relationship between perceived leadership behaviors of high-school badminton coaches and training satisfaction of player. Method: Questionnaires were used for data collection including personal information, leadership players of training satisfaction. Participants were badminton players from six high schools of seven counties/cities in Southern Taiwan. One hundred and fifty-eight questionnaires were administered, and 152 sets were valid with the returning rate of 96%. Descriptive statistics, independent t-test, ANOVA, and Pearson correlation were used for data analyses. Conclusions:1.Regarding the perceived leadership behaviors of high-school badminton coaches in seven counties/cities in Southern Taiwan, “training behavior” was the most significant factor. 2.Concerning the training satisfaction of players in seven counties/cities in Southern Taiwan, “Coach’s Leadership” was the most significant factor. 3.The score of “Coaches’ Leadership Behavior” was higher among male non-athletic players in seven counties/cities in Southern Taiwan. 4.”Training satis faction” was found to have significant gender diffevence among participants. 5.Training satis faction had significantly hegative correlation with ”autocratic behavior”, and had significatly positive correlations with training behaviors, democratic behavior, teaching behavior, and rewarding behavior.
