Therefore, how to assess the hard contact lens industry to supply the actual demand and create a better business interests. Therefore, this study also interviewed 12 experts completed a questionnaire to identify the representative indicators of supplier selection, and then construct indicators of supplier selection model for validation. In fact, the evaluation index with the supplier's strategy is to have the impact of interdependence, so this research to understand the supplier selection indicators of whether the enterprise What has the impact of key factors, using the Analytic Network Process（ANP）to calculate indicators weight, find the best supplier evaluation index, in order to provide future competitive suppliers to do assessment and decision-making.
