The study had 350 questionnaires available. The conclusion as following: 1.Among demographics, the different occupation and firm size have significant discrepancy on perceptions of organizational politics. 2.Among demographics, the different gender marriage, age, income, occupation, and company size have significant discrepancy on organizational citizenship behavior. 3.Perceptions of organizational politics and organizational citizenship behavior have a significant negative correlation (r = -. 116 *). 4.Perception of organizational politics have prediction of organizational citizenship behavior (1.3%).
