Summary: | 碩士 === 育達商業科技大學 === 企業管理所 === 98 === The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of organizational citizenship behavior on perception organization politics. The study had 350 questionnaires available. The conclusion as following:
1.Among demographics, the different occupation and firm size have significant discrepancy on perceptions of organizational politics.
2.Among demographics, the different gender marriage, age, income, occupation, and company size have significant discrepancy on organizational citizenship behavior.
3.Perceptions of organizational politics and organizational citizenship behavior have a significant negative correlation (r = -. 116 *).
4.Perception of organizational politics have prediction of organizational citizenship behavior (1.3%).
