Summary:碩士 === 元智大學 === 社會暨政策科學學系 === 98 === Since 1994 the Council of Culture Affairs proposed “community empowerment”, it has been 16 years. Its idea and plan has agglomerated the common sense of community residents and also enable them positively to participate in the public affairs. In the process of reform, the non-profit organization has well functioned farther than that the government can do. In addition to its successful strategy, this organization also focus on shaping the learning environment, developing human resources operation, learning organization integration, learning program design and practice in order for setting up one learning center. It not only pushes forward with sustainable development of community learning but also cultivates the local resident to become modern citizen. This research is to study on individual case of non-profit organization, Yimin Temple community learning in PingZen County. The main purpose is made as to (1) Study the background and development of Yimin Temple community (2) Analyze the learning style and mode of Yimin Temple community (3) Study the role-playing of Yimin Temple community (4) Analyze the influence and barrier of Yimin Temple community (5) Propose the recommendation In order to reach the studying purpose, the researcher uses the interview and document analysis to proceed this research. The conclusion from this research will meet the goals: (1) Use resource network integration to study the workable strategy when the non-profit organization promotes community learning (2) From the viewpoint of cooperative partner relationship to study the workable channel when the non-profit organization promotes community learning
