In reality, the imperfect product are produced very common, rework process is necessary to convert those defectives into finished goods. In addition, must to be consider product’s life cycle, when the new product has enter to market three months or one year, that other new product can to replace it, Traditional forecast do not consider product’s life cycle. Therefore, this study integrates the above questions including defect rate, scrap rate, rework and time-value. An integrated two-echelon inventory model to decide the best production quantity, product frequency, order quantity and order frequency. As a result, the total cost can be minimized.
