This is especially noticeable in the quick increase of medical tourism every year in Asian countries. Taiwan has abundant natural resources and advanced medical technologies, therefore, has a great advantage to develop medical tourism. However, the promotion of medical tourism in Taiwan has not been successful these years. This study aims to investigate the point of view of the employees in the medical care, cosmetology and travel agency organizations on medical tourism, especially their opinions about the perception, the benefit and the attitude of the implementation of medical tourism. This study adopted structured questionnaire.450 questionnaires were sent to the employees of medical care, cosmetology and travel agency in Tainan city, with 399 completed. The return rate was approximately 88.7%. The results of the study show that, employees have positive attitude about implementation of medical tourism. Also, the perception, the benefit and the attitude of medical tourism implementation are strongly related. Finally, according to the results of regression analysis, it shows that the average value of perception, benefits and income play important roles in affecting the attitude of medical tourism implementation. Based on these results, this study further provides suggestions for both academics and managers of the industry. Suggestions for future researches in the area of medical tourism are also applied. 賴美嬌 翁燈景 2011 學位論文 ; thesis 93 zh-TW |
