Summary:碩士 === 大葉大學 === 管理學院碩士在職專班 === 99 === The study aimed to explore staff education and training, the relationship between staff satisfaction, and job performance. This paper adopts the Zhong Zhangtou area en-terprise staffs as the subject of which have passed the test of Taiwan Training Quality System (TTQS). Conducting empirical analysis according to the data collected from the 178 valid samples of questionnaire survey. The data analysis result found that: 1. Staff education and training have a significant positive influence on employee’s satisfaction. 2. Staff’s satisfaction has a significant positive influence on the job performance. 3. Staff education and training have significant positive effects on job performance. 4. Employee satisfaction plays a mediating effect role on the relationship of staff on job training and those job achievements
