The concepts of internal marketing, taking employees as internal customers and crew services, play a crucial role of guidance and enhancement for human resource management practices. Reviewing the literature, which showed the topics on HRM practicality are scarce in the manufacturing industry. Considerably, there are three critical points that demonstrate the purposes of this study illustrated in the following: 1.To analyze the core concepts and implications of internal marketing 2.To discuss the performance of internal marketing to human resource management 3.To discuss the utility of internal marketing to human resource management This thesis is an exploratory study and selects samples fundamentally from three large manufacturing companies and three small ones which of them have established over 20 years. With sincerely talk with their human resource executives, we deeply understand that how core concepts of internal marketing influence the performance and practicality of human resource management. The following conclusions are summarized from induction approach: 1.Core concepts of internal marketing have impacts on the performance of human resource management. The platform of enterprise resource management system builds the framework of human resource management activities through continuous improvements of hardworking and professional human resource managers create practical values of service culture, assistant consultant and strategy agents. 2.CEOs or human resource executives upgrade the awareness of internal marketing mechanism. It would inspire promotion results of human resource management activities and will fit internal environment into government policies and upgrade the quality of client human resource management. As a result, it actually acomplish sharing human resource management practices. 3.The work system has transformed into standard operating procedure to build the comprehensive knowledge management mode. With the efforts mentioned-above, it would deal with the difficulties which results from the coming of non-lifelong employment and bring down the disturbance of shortage of manpower.
