In this generation, people tend to show their opinions and brave to quit the job if the organization is not what they imagine. How leaders manage their relationships with their employees and mutual trust with their employees will be crucial for win-win situation in the organization. The study examines the relationship among leader-member exchange, trust, supervisor support and organizational commitment for employees in bank. Trust and supervisor support may affect employees’ organizational commitment. Data for the study were collected by using questionnaire survey from employees at E Sun bank and First Bank in Kaohsiung and Tainan during 2011. Therefore, 640 questionnaires distributed and expect valid samples were 384 and return rate was 60%. The study found that the quality of leader-member exchange influence employees’ organizational commitment through trust and supervisor support. Findings imply that a higher level of LMX can enhance organizational commitment and reduces turnover in the organization.
