Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 人力資源發展系 === 99 === This study aimed to discuss the relationships among psychological capital, fit, and organizational citizenship behavior, and examined the mediating effect of fit. Based on the questionnaires collected from managers and employees, this study obtained 186 valid dyadic samples from two military academies, and the response rate was 89.00%. This study found that:
1. Psychological capital was positively. related to organizational citizenship behavior (OCB).
2. Psychological capital was positively related to fit.
3. Fit was positively related to organizational citizenship behavior.
4. Fit mediated the relationship between psychological capital and organizational citizenship behavior.
The article concluded with implications for future research and practical application.
