In this case, using a simulated way which can take the response time of mechanical equipment into account will enable the situation to be closer to the actual system operation. The long-term dynamic analysis of power system can simulate and analyze longer response time for tens of seconds after system failure, and the influence of the power generation capacity of the power plant and the load variation to the system can be also considered. Therefore, with the use of the long-term dynamic analysis can observe the influence of the protective strategies of the protective relay construction to the system operation. The modern network database technology has entered the realm of the cloud computing; making good use of powerful friendly operating interface will promote the research efficiency to the researcher. In addition, the use of relational database technology can effectively improve the efficiency of data processing and management. This study attempts to rewrite a long-term power system dynamic analysis program which is written by FORTRAN language as a web-based network database operating mode. Moreover, the revised network integrated operating mode can not just preserve the FORTRAN’s original operating advances, but furthers to improve the operating mode and its environment of data input and output, hence to let the user through the analysis of parameter comparison to have clear power system operating experience.
