Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 企業管理學系專班 === 99 === Because substrate package becomes mainstream of IC package technology, substrate is the critical part of the manufacturing process in the IC package industry.Therefore,developing partnership with suppliers is important and understanding what suppliers consider is an extreme topic for buyers.The research uses ASE Inc. as an example and analyzes from perspective of suppliers. The research conducts all influential factors from literature and practice opinions of suppliers.In addition,the research adopts“Expert questionnaire and AHP analysis” to obtain the relative weightiness and prioritize the influential factors.Questionnaires were collected from management level of four external substrate suppliers.The four external substrate suppliers were divided into two groups according to order qty.One group includes two suppliers.Order qty of group 1 is more than group 2.There were 15 questionnaires sent to suppliers and only 9 effective questionnaires which include 5 questionnaires from suppliers of group 1 and 4 questionnaires from group 2.Finally,it’s found that“punctual payment”is the most important factor of group 1 and“stable order allocation”is the most important factor of group 2.
