Therefore, if the enterprise can be made in the early stages of planning a complete product and prudent, objective assessment, not only can reduce product development risks, but also the company is more able to avoid the waste of limited resources. In this study, vehicle panel as the main market of the development project, expected through the ISO/TS16949 authentication architecture old and new product development process of a study on the factors that affect the product development process and with reference to new product development experts assessment method proposed level Architecture of the new product evaluation models, business managers can quickly respond to decision making.
