This study may be of great interest both for Special Education Teacher’s Classroom Management and Teacher Efficacy. To achieve purposes mentioned above, a review of relevant literature was essential to elaborate research questions and the research design was a correlational design utilizing survey methodology. The participants in this study were selected from the population of special teachers served at elementary schools in Taoyuan County. A total of 380 copies of a personal questionnaire were sent to individuals, with a response rate of 100% (380 returned), and 380 copies of questionnaire were valid with 100% returned. The analysis utilized the SPSS statistical software package, and the findings of this study were described as follows: I、 The level of the whole situation of special education teacher’s classroom management in the framework currently was high-intermediate. II、 Primary teachers with different background variables of “Age”,significantly differ in perception of school performance; III、 The level of the whole situation of teacher efficacy in the framework currently was high-intermediate. IV、 Primary teachers with different background variables of “Age”, “Section of Service”, significantly differ in perception of teacher efficacy of principals; the others with different environmental variables significantly differ in perception of teacher efficacy. V、 Primary teachers with different background variables of “Age”, “Section of Service”, significantly differ in perception of classroom management of principals; the others with different environmental variables significantly differ in perception of classroom management. VI、 According to conclusions above-achieved, this research makes some suggestion I. Suggestions for educational teachers in Taoyuan County 1. Enhancing relevant concepts and skills of classroom management by workshops and further education.. 2. Establish responsibility for the performance of special education teachers, regular in recognition of special merit to education teachers. 3. Distribution of resources urban and rural. II. Recommendations for future research 1. Scope of the study, it can be extended to other counties or national. 2. In the study area, it could be add more variables. 3. In the study, it can be amplified by other sectors. 4. In research methods, coupled with the use of interviews. 5. Limitation of inferences.
