The asymmetric battle based on China’s comparative advantages of power can also diminish the effect. In spite of the advanced weapons of China’s guided and cruise missiles and submarines, the application of navigation satellite system accelerates its power extension. Therefore, it starts to develop its own system to fulfill goal. China has launched the first Bei Dou-1 Satellite in October 2000 and until April 2011; the number of Bei Dou-1 & 2 has increased to twelve. Currently the network has already spread Mainland China and the nearby area. It’s scheduled to cover the whole Asia area next year which achieves its regional effectiveness. After obtaining the self-built navigation satellite system, the ballistic missiles, cruise missiles, precision strike weapons, command, control, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance, and joint operations all have significant progress. While confronting with a more mature and delicate PLA’s anti-access strategy, pursuing the long-term stability and future development depends on our cooperation. 曾復生 2011 學位論文 ; thesis 171 zh-TW |
