Summary:碩士 === 大同大學 === 化學工程學系(所) === 99 === A series of thermosensitive hydrogels based on N-isopropylacrylamide (NIPAAm) and N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone (N-VP) with various crosslinker contents were prepared by free radical polymerization at first, then the hydrogels absorbed tetraethoxysilane (TEOS) to prepare a series of thermosensitive hybrid hydrogels through sol-gel reaction. The effects of various crosslinker contents on the swelling ratio, mechanical properties, static contact angle, pore sizes and absorption of bovine serum albumin (BSA) of the copolymeric hydrogels was investigated in this study. The results showed that the swelling ratio, mechanical properties, pore sizes, static contact angle, morphology, drug release, and BSA concentration determination would be mainly affected by various situations of the copolymeric hydrogels structure caused by introduction of inorganic moiety and various crosslinker contents. As the content of crosslinker increased, the hybrid gels showed stronger moduli, higher static contact angles and crosslinking densities. The swelling ratio, pore sizes, drug release, BSA concentration, and thermosensitivity of the copolymeric hydrogel (NIPAAm/N-VP) decreased with an increase of crosslinker. As introducing TEOS into PNIPAAm/N-VP series hydrogels, the results showed a stronger modulus, lower static contact angle, and higher crosslinking density. The swelling ratio, pore size, drug release, and thermosensitivity of the hybrid gels decreased with introduction of TEOS content. Total BSA concentration absorbed on the copolymeric hydrogel decreased with increasing hydrophobic surface and denser gel structure. The evidence showed that introduction the siloxane structure into the surface of the hydrogel via sol-gel reaction of TEOS can diminish the adhesion of protein on the hydrogel.
