Summary: | 碩士 === 育達商業科技大學 === 企業管理所 === 99 === The study explored the relationship of resource loss and job stress of employees based on Conservation of Resources Theory (COR). This paper conducted 611 samples. Use the questionnaire method in two scales to understand the relationship between resource loss and job stress in workplace. The findings indicated that the resource loss has positive correlation with job stress. The regression revealed that the resource loss got significant prediction for job stress. Finally, give suggestions and limitations from the results.
