Summary:碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 教育學研究所 === 100 === The purpose of this study is to explore the relationships between principals’ moral leadership and teachers’ organizational citizenship behavior in elementary schools. The researcher adopted questionnaires survey. The questionnaires were distributed to 506 teachers in public elementary schools in Nantou Country. There were 416 valid questionnaires, and the percentage of usable questionnaires was 82.21%. The researcher analyzed the data collected from the questionnaires with mean statistics, standard deviation, t-test, One-way ANOVA, Scheffe method, Pearson product-moment correlation and Stepwise multiple regression. After generalizing the outcome of the study analysis, obtain the conclusions as follows: 1. The teachers’ recognition for principals’ moral leadership showed medium-high degree. 2. There were significant differences in different titled teachers’ recogni in difftion for principals’ moral leadership and the concerns of ethics. 3. In aspect of school environmental variables, there were significant differences in different scale schools teachers’ recognition for principals’ moral leadership. 4. The teachers’ recognition for teachers’ organizational citizenship behavior showed medium-high degree. 5. In aspect of personal background variables, there was no significant difference in teachers’ recognition for teachers’ organizational citizenship behavior in terms of gender, degree and title. There were significant differences in terms of different ages and years of service for teachers’ organizational citizenship behavior. 6. There was positive and significant relationship between teachers’ recognition for principals’ moral leadership and teachers’ organizational citizenship behavior 7. The principals’ moral leadership can predict effectively the teachers’ organizational citizenship behavior. Finally, in accordance with the research result, the researcher proposed the suggestions as the references for the elementary schools’ principals, elementary schools’ teachers and the following researchers as follows.
