The application of PM can complete all the work item of construction in the same area within a limited duration. The work scope and its executive duration are integrated into the PM plan which is distributed to the members. Therefore, every PM member, no metter when he joins this project organizstion, clearly knows his own duty and when the duty needs to be finished. The interface between the different construction item can be handled efficiently by using work breakdown structure (WBS)and time management. The PM members will also know the related construction interface so they can prepare the associated meterial. Furthermore, the sofeware of Microsofe Project and critical path method (CPM)are used in the study to arrange the construction items.
