碩士 === 中原大學 === 商業設計研究所 === 100 === The ACG(Japan Animation, Comics and Games) industry has drawn the attention of people. “Moe” is one of the most popular mainstreams of the ACG industry. Figures and characters of “MOE” are almost pretty young girls, and own particular painting styles on their faces and appearances. The study intends to find out what facial features are and list preferred items and reasons. This study uses Content analysis to measure 120 “MOE” figures and gathers 8 items of face painting styles, then gets 15 preferred items for how to draw faces with in-depth interviews. Eyes are the important feature on the face and are half of all preferred items. Ears are insignificant. The combination of eyes with facial outline displays beautiful-looking, but the rest of the face features are just the expressions to show emotions. When the visitors watch a moe girl, her facial configure is fine. Oppositely, visitors will watch facial items on the combination but not the girl.
