The survey for 40 industries all over the world conducted by some advisory companies in the western countries indicated that it is the employee engagement that truly affects the industry performance. The organizational climate is the important variable which may influence how the members in an organization consider the management methods, the interaction and the policy perception and how to affect the members'' attitude and behaviors. In the study, the staff in the domestic traditional industries of Mainland China ZhongShan and Taiwan factories as the research objects, we apply the descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and other statistics methods to verify and analyze how the organizational climate affects the job satisfaction and employee engagement. The findings of the study are as follows: 1. The better the staff consider the organizational climate, the higher their job satisfaction is. 2. The better the staff consider their job satisfaction, the higher their engagement to the job is. 3. With the staff''s intermediary role of the perception of job satisfaction, the organizational climate has a positive influence on employee engagement. 黃同圳 2012 學位論文 ; thesis 65 zh-TW
