| Summary: | 碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 公共政策所 === 100 === This study explores the operation of Feng Chia University International Service Club’s Service-Learning, analyzes the influence of the participating students and the results in Thai-Myanmar border. It also explores the problems and difficulties encountered and provides to government as the reference of promoting international volunteer service policy. This study applies the observation method to the students who had partaken in international Service-Learning and In-Depth Interview to the participating students and the officers of international service of other universities, totally 22 respondents. Based on the research, this study suggests government and universities to establish the effective policies and reinforce the proper training to the volunteers for local needs. In addition, it could enhance the volunteers’ visions to international affairs and the understandings of service-learning.
