In 2011, the total output value of Taiwan's auto parts industry hit a new record high, reaching $226.2 billion NT, annual growth rate of 7.37%, as well as the automotive electronics industry output value reached $103 billion NT, overall, the 2011 car parts and automotive electronics output value approaching $ 330 billion NT, Therefore this study mainly to explore the designed case of automobile air force packages, through the method of statistical analysis, accurate to achieve the expectations of consumers. This study is based on the popular car listed in the end of 2011, "Nissan New March" as the main research object, using the Taguchi method analysis, factor analysis and regression analysis to explore the association of consumers between the car's aero kit design and whole car image optimization. In this study, car aero kit as considered whole car design factor, the aero kit of different shapes seen as its design factor morphological, as an experimental design using orthogonal array and Taguchi method, to identify the whole car image optimized shape of aero kits combination, and discuss its impact on the whole car image optimization. The results of this study are summarized as listed below:(1)Using the Taguchi method for the design of automobile air force packages can indeed effectively achieved desired shape optimization parameter combinations.(2)The car air intake and fog light trim shape characteristics proposed most influence on the style image of whole car.(3)The image cognition of car style has existed a significant differences between male and female customers. (4)The optimal design samples get affirmed by experimental subject, also broadly in line with predictive value.
